Public process material
Every prompt behind the ritual.
These are the complete public-safe task prompts authored for the project. They exclude private instructions, credentials and hidden reasoning. Matching Markdown files live in the repository's prompts/ directory.
01 · Research sweep
Study three visually ambitious sites relevant to spatial interaction, research-led design and architectural ceramics. Inspect a real rendered desktop viewport and a later section from each. Extract only abstract principles: focal hierarchy, typographic density, material language, motion pacing and the relationship between object and interface. Do not copy layout, CSS, imagery, logos, geometry or copy. Record the source URLs, what was visually inspected, one useful principle and one deliberate departure for Nacre Ritual.02 · Concept candidates
Create three radically different Signature-track concepts for Nacre Ritual, a fictional material-futures porcelain atelier for architects, collectors and material designers. The page must help visitors explore three experimental porcelain bodies and request a fictional studio viewing. For each concept define one thesis, one unforgettable signature moment, five scroll beats, the implementation technique, the largest risk and a complete fallback. Avoid cream with luxury serif and terracotta, dark mode with acid glow, and broadsheet editorial mimicry. Select the concept that makes the material argument most tangible, not merely the most decorative.03 · Identity system
Develop an identity for Nacre Ritual around shell, limestone, deep cobalt, oxidized copper, sea-glass and refined ink. Use at most two self-hosted type families and make the typography feel digitally tooled rather than heritage-luxury. Lock 4 to 7 named colors in hex and OKLCH, measured AA contrast pairings, an explicit type scale, a non-default radius scale, spacing rhythm, one sole focal signature and at least five banned patterns. Treat cobalt and copper as ceramic chemistry, never as neon decoration.04 · Three.js vessel implementation
Implement a genuine Three.js porcelain vessel from procedural LatheGeometry. Build three same-topology profile curves named Calx, Pelagic and Verdigris, then interpolate vertex positions continuously through scroll and direct selection. Use MeshPhysicalMaterial with restrained iridescence, clearcoat, roughness and transmission changes in a texture-free mineral-light environment. Keep Three.js in a lazy dynamic chunk, cap pixel ratio, expose `data-webgl`, `data-material`, `data-motion` and `data-inspecting` runtime states, and preserve native keyboard controls. The initial frame must be an original SVG vessel. If JavaScript, WebGL or motion is unavailable, the page must remain beautiful, complete and readable.05 · Copy direction
Write concise English copy for a fictional Gent porcelain atelier addressing architects, collectors and material designers. Name three bodies: Calx, Pelagic and Verdigris. Give each a concrete fictional composition, firing temperature, light behavior and profile rationale. Avoid generic craft romance, luxury superlatives, invented people, unverifiable sustainability claims and the em dash character. Make the primary action specific: request a fictional studio viewing. Clearly state that the atelier and reserved-domain contact are fictional.06 · Adversarial design review
Review fresh 390 and 1440 viewport renders of every primary section against the locked Nacre Ritual concept. Score each section from 1 to 5 for composition, color-energy, typography, illustration and motion. Then score memorability, sectorspecificity, materiality, compositional richness and curated interaction independently of the self-authored lock. Identify Blocker, High, Medium and Nitpick findings with visible evidence. Require an average of at least 4.0 and no score below 3. Preserve the living vessel as the only sustained focal signature.07 · Release QA
Test Nacre Ritual at 320, 390, 768 and 1440 CSS pixels. Verify no horizontal overflow, one main and one h1 per route, keyboard order, 44 pixel controls, visible focus, axe zero violations, reduced motion, no JavaScript, forced no WebGL, normal console and request errors, strict CSP, branded 404, internal links and live cache headers. Run three Lighthouse samples for desktop and mobile. Require Performance at least 95, Accessibility 100, Best Practices 100, SEO 100, LCP at most 2.5 seconds, CLS at most 0.10 and TBT at most 200 milliseconds.08 · Cloudflare Pages deployment
Verify Wrangler v4 and authenticated account access. Confirm whether a Cloudflare Pages project named `nacre-ritual-ultra` exists. Create that new project only if absent, with production branch `main`. Build the static Astro output, deploy `dist` to that project, record the canonical production URL and deployment identifier, then run read-only live QA. Verify `/`, `/guide/`, `/prompts/`, `/privacy/` and the branded 404 over HTTPS. Repeat live Lighthouse three times per desktop and mobile profile, and record median, minimum and maximum scores without exposing credentials or account identifiers.
